About the Event
A specially designed week-long residential camp for children aged 8-15 years, conducted by SDST's experienced Bal Sanskar teachers. The Shibir combines academic learning with spiritual development in a nurturing environment.
**Curriculum:** - Bhagwad Gita: Selected chapters with meaning and context - Sanskrit: Alphabet, basic grammar, and conversation - Yoga & Pranayama: Age-appropriate asanas and breathing exercises - Values Education: Stories from Ramayana, Mahabharat, and Panchatantra - Cultural Arts: Vedic chanting, devotional music, and traditional crafts - Sports & Games: Team activities with a focus on discipline and cooperation
**Daily Schedule:** - 6:00 AM: Wake-up & Morning Prayers - 6:30 AM: Yoga & Pranayama - 7:30 AM: Breakfast - 8:30 AM: Academic Sessions (Sanskrit, Gita) - 12:30 PM: Lunch & Rest - 2:30 PM: Activity Sessions (Arts, Sports) - 5:00 PM: Evening Prayers - 7:00 PM: Dinner & Storytelling - 9:00 PM: Lights Out
**Fee:** Free of cost (includes accommodation, meals, and materials). **Eligibility:** Children aged 8-15 years. Parents must submit a consent form.
